I received my Arai Vector 2 and HJC IS-16 chin curtain from RevZilla yesterday. Someone had done a post saying an HJC IS-16 chin curtain would work since Arai does not offer a chin curtain as an option. I ended up attaching the rough part of some velcro to the plastic trim of the chin curtain and then stuck it to the helmet liner. I plan on trying this helmet on and off a number of times taking advantage of RevZilla's return policy before I decide weather or not it's a keeper. So far I'm satisfied with the fit of the helmet it's just a question of weather or not the chin curtain stays in place.

 

Good post thanks for taking pics. You installed yours a little differently than I did but it all looks like it works. I went to the next outside layer of padding and squeezed it in there. It stretches out the curtain a bit more but fits right up against my neck. Glad you found out about this!

 

really like my Arai,had it about three years now,tis a great ff ,, corsair v and kinda$$$ but worth it.
