have a 79 sporty . doing a rebuild. What is the best way to remove the bearing races from swingarm for replacement?????

Next: Best way to install the new races ??????

you can use a punch side to side to remove ( use care ) - we made a tool fit the race or you can use the old bearing and with a press OR big vise push them in / adjust the with the big nut when you think you have the correct pre load hit the bolt with a brass hammer sharply and re adjust if it came loose -- johnjzjz
