click copy, the open the F: drive right click anywhere in the white screen and select paste.

after that go to the bike switch to accessory, wait until the radio turns on and stick the flash drive in the usb, if it works it will ask you if you want to update press ok and let it be until done

It is really easy if you copy the .iso file to the desktop first and from there to an empty stick. Once you have it on your stick, plug it into the USB-port on your dashport and let the infotainment center do the rest.

 

I just did my update, today, to 1.19.1 I can't say it was easy. My bike would display a recognition of software. I then googled my woes, and it took me here. Thank you everyone, for helping me, and anyone else. I just about gave up.
