slip ons, got it narrowed down to 2 choices

I have had Rush with the middle baffle
(2.5) I think and they sounded good. Certainly louder than stock but lacked that deep rumble. If I might add another suggestion, I now have Two Brother's 4" slip ons on my Street Glide and must say that they have a very nice deep rumble without too much noise. Also, I have the black tipped ones and somehow one tip got warm and the tip changed colors. TBR was great about replacing the damaged tip and mailed a new one out at no cost with no questions asked.

You're partially right. I forgot about that. They sell them both ways. The ones for stock headers that have 2 different size baffles and they also sell them for dual's and more uniform flowing exhaust. The stock header flows more through the right can.

Both mine have BL's with 2.25" baffles .................. sound great and they greatly improved performance with a stage 1! I ran cat on the 12' for a year with 3" baffles, it helped performance and I didn't really notice any change in sound going to stage 1 with the 2.25"
