I Solved The INFO Instant On Radio Issue
It wasn't the end of the world but it was annoying to me that the freaking radio came on every time I started the bike whether it was off on shut off or not. I don't listen to the sound system much. Took some experimenting but this works 99% of the time. If you want the Info system to STAY off:
Shut it off before you shut down the bike. Make sure your volume control is all the way to mute on the left switch. ( I use the ign switch not the kill)
When you start the bike, do not apply the brakes, turn on the ignition and wait for it to completely cycle on your screen to show the time under the bar and shield. Once you see the time, you can start the bike and it will go back to the time screen and the freaking PITA accept screen will not come on. Works for me, don't know why it wouldn't work for others with the 6.5. Don't know about the 4.3 though.
