Default I Solved The INFO Instant On Radio Issue

It wasn't the end of the world but it was annoying to me that the freaking radio came on every time I started the bike whether it was off on shut off or not. I don't listen to the sound system much. Took some experimenting but this works 99% of the time. If you want the Info system to STAY off:

Shut it off before you shut down the bike. Make sure your volume control is all the way to mute on the left switch. ( I use the ign switch not the kill)

When you start the bike, do not apply the brakes, turn on the ignition and wait for it to completely cycle on your screen to show the time under the bar and shield. Once you see the time, you can start the bike and it will go back to the time screen and the freaking PITA accept screen will not come on. Works for me, don't know why it wouldn't work for others with the 6.5. Don't know about the 4.3 though.

Is it still the same day once you can actually ride the bike?

Wheels down, flaps up, prime injectors, go inside and take a crap, shave, pick a booger, go back out to bike... should be ready soon!

I reckon it's quicker to fire it up and get in the road then shut the radio off.

It's the principal of the damn thing. Every other vehicle I have the radio stays off unless I turn it on. This thing is a Michael Myers, you can't kill it. Well, not til now. Yea it stays off the next time you ride, next day or whatever.
