Vibration
After the last service at 6500 my 2013 Street Glide developed a vibration. It is so bad it is numbing my feet. Was smooth before service. Rode 20 miles home from dealer stopped at a red light and it just about shook me off the bike. Hasn't done that since. But the vibration is there. Can feel it in 4 5 but is worse at 72 in sixth. Took it to two different dealers, that's normal no problem found. I put on a set of balance masters clutch and comp balancers, they didn't help and seems to have made it worse. Any help would be appreciated!

Looked it over when I installed the balance masters. Nothing seemed loose. When I had it apart I put it in gear and moved the rear tire back and forth. I watch the comp move. I can hear the compensator clunk when I let out on the clutch and when I let off on it or get on it. According to the dealer that's normal. I'm a ASE certified master auto and truck tech. Just frustrated because it is still under warranty.

Have a similar issue with my 2013 Street Glide. Have 12,000 miles on this bike, and it just developed a vibration problem. When I would let off the throttle, I felt a vibration. Longer I rode the worse it became. Took it to my dealer, short story, they replaced wheel bearings in rear wheel. Left dealership, problem is still there. Called them and scheduled an appointment. Took it in, service advisor indicated they thought it could be a flywheel problem, since he could feel it in the throttle. It has been in the shop for just shy of 3 weeks, and they cannot find anything wrong. They have totally tore down the lower end, changed motor mounts and I don't know what all. Harley has been referenced and they have not offered any answers. Maybe time to look at an Indian.

Vibration issue
Ok, dealer called today. They found what appears to be a battery bolt lodged between the frame and inner primary cover. It has wore a hole thru the cover and they have to replace the inner primary cover. Since this is a 2013 FLHX, I have changed the battery 1 time and I did not lose a battery bolt. This must have been there since assemble and finally became wedged so tightly that it caused a misalignment or simply was causing an off balance condition.
Who would have "thunk" it.
