8 Best Routes Worldwide to Ride

You've got to be f'n kidding me! Cuba? Aside from the idea of pimping a commie country to visit (with a picture of Che, for support), I have a hard time believing that riding in Cuba would be better than any hundreds of rides elsewhere.
These forum "Curated Content Editor" articles (and I use that term loosely) are pathetic. No real content...just a picture and one or two sentences about the area.

Although I have never ridden in Europe, and certainly Stelvio would be on my list, you don't have to go there to enjoy that kind of twisty road.
Highway 95 in Idaho has two very similar types of twisty sections. Old Whitebird pass (just north of Whitebird) and the old highway just north of Lewiston. I rode up the Whitebird section a couple of years a go, and if I remember correctly, if you added them up, the switchbacks added up to about 35 complete circles. There is a grade beside it that replaced it back in the mid 70's that is pretty much a straight shot to the top, in comparison. Again, if my memory serves me correctly, it is twice the distance from Whitebird to the top on old 95 as compared to the new grade.

Too bad California Pacific Coast Highway is out of service until October estimated. The Pfeiffer bridge just south of Big Sur was damaged in this winter's rain storms. It has now been completely torn down and will be replaced. From the north you can only get to Big Sur. From the South ther is no cross over road north of San Simeon.

There is another short piece that goes from Winchester in the south to Culdesac in the north. This between Grangeville and Lewiston. I think this was also a piece of Old 95 that they went around, it is called the Winchester Grade. I have not ridden it as usually I am on my way home from a long ride when I go by it and last year it was threatening rain.
Of course, 129 south out of Lewiston, and the twisty's that take you down out of Rattlesnake pass to the Grande Ronde River and then up the south side towards Enterprise.... well there you go, if you are looking for a view from one hell of a twisty road. Then continue on through Hells Canyon.
This piece, from Lewiston all the way through Hells Canyon, is on my top ten list of all time rides, and should not be missed if you are in the area. Bucket List Ride Material.
