Because I have only recently gone from an Ultra Limited to a CVO Road Glide and did this when downloading 1.20.1....
When you are downloading the update from the Harley website, be sure you selected the CVO Premium Radio, vs the Premium Radio. The updates are not interchangeable and will reject if attempted in the wrong radio.
If you are attempting to do the Dealer Update, you cannot download using an Apple computer. Something in Apple is incompatible with map database software. Do The download on a Windows based PC.

I did the update last nite without any trouble. MacBook Pro
8GB USB stick. Never had any trouble doing the radio with my Mac.
But the dealer update isn't working. Tried mine and a buddies Mac, his house, my house, 3 different USBs. New , old, reformatted to Fat32. No dice. Keep getting an InvalidNav error. Will try a PC for dealer update
Update:
tried the dealer update using my PC, worked like a champ. took about 2 min to update.

f. The audio system will detect the new software available and ask if you want to update. Select “Yes”. The display will prompt
