usb issue with thumb drive

I just bought a 2016 cvo limited and I removed my memory stick with all my songs from my 2014 ultra limited that I traded in.when I try to play my music with it installed in my cvo it just says reading on the display.i can plug it into a computer and it plays fine.has anybody had this problem? don't really wanna make a trip to the dealer for this if I don't have to.

check to see if it has the current updated software for the radio if not download the current CVO radio update you can find the information on how to update in your boombox owners manual for the try it's worth a try

Check and see if you have any album art or other funky files on the stick and delete them, had a buddy that had the same problem and this resolved it.
