Looking to replace this chipped pulley and I'm hoping to get some information on it so I know I'm ordering the correct part.

It's for 1.5" belts, but that's as much as I know. Any info or help would be appreciated.

Stamping's look like : 24R and DD 106? RR 106 or DR 106?

 

Need a pic of the whole system clutch basket in particular to see what brand it is, the 24R is just the tooth count on the pulley. Several brands and few not around anymore.

 

Gotcha thanks, it's 1-1/2 belt. 13.8mm spacing. I'm guessing as long as I find that type of pulley I should be good, but I'd like to hear what you fine folk think. My friends are telling me to just file down the sharp edges and run it. But I'm not one to do things half *** and then curse myself later. Here are some more pics.

 

Looks like a 14 mm belt. How many teeth on the pulley?

 

11 MM is what i think it is - i will look i might have a used 11 in stock

 

I looked up the gates belt and it is a 14 mm and is used on 79-84 Harley's. I'm pretty sure it matches the Rivera Primo 24/37 primary. You should call them, Rivera Primo...

Thanks everyone, got it sorted out and a new one ordered. Spent the weekend scraping gaskets and cleaning surfaces getting ready to put everything back together.
