Default anyone have a DIY on disasembling the triples?

want to send my triple trees out for powder coat over the winter. is there a DIY link or video on how to take them off and reassemble them?

Harley sells a service manual that will explain just about everything you need to know. Do yourself a favor and get one if you plan on doing your own work, It is invaluable.

i went on the hd.com and they only have service manuals up to '11 can't find the one for my '13.

Drew, just go to your local HD dealer and they will have it or order it. You need the softail manual for 2013.

Remove the front rotor, headlight and wigings to the passing lights. Remove two top bolts from the shocks. The front end including the shocks and wheel should drop with this. Remove the bolt at bottom of lower tree, few from the top holding the handle bars, tap and it should drop the steering arm. After that its a piece of cake taking the bottom tree out.
