If you want any other manual (service, parts, electrical diagnostic) you must purchase it from a dealer (brick and mortar or online).
Manuals are only available in print. HD does not sell digital versions of their manuals. If the manual you are considering is from a site other than a Harley dealer, it is an (illegal) bootleg copy.

Postings of digital HD manual sources typically last about 15 seconds here before a mod cleans house.
