You will get many different answers here and unfortunately only you will know the answer by trial and error. Whats comfy for some will not be for others. I did find a seat from a heritage springer that is very comfortable IMO. They can be a little pricey though as with anything from a heritage springer. Ive heard many people say it is the most comfortable seat harley has made. Also, it is not leather, you will need to get it recovered which is what I did. I love mine. And you can put a backrest on it, which again, can be expensive. You can find them on Ebay and sometimes here in the classifieds. Here is a pic. And welcome to the forum.
I have been a Mustang seat guy for years, been using them on most of my rides. I like the backrest for longer trips but it will take time for the seat to get broken in.
Quite a few seat manufacturers out there. Figure hour and a half in the saddle and it's break time here. I prefer C&C, quality seats at reasonable prices.

Your bike's look is what I am shooting for with my 04 HSC. Like the look of the Mustang seat. Who manuf your rack? Thanks
Consider redoing your stock seat with a custom upholsterer. I also suggest removing stock padding and replacing with gelfoam, not gel inserts. One of the best things I did for my back, tail bone and comfort.
I'm running apes and the mustang wide seat with removable backrest. Best seat I've used. Raises you up a bit so you get the look without the long reach.
