I have a 2011 Dyna FXDF and have been thinking about trading it for a Fat boy. So in my search, I found a bike on Ebay that is listed as new (Never Been Titled). $15,000
If its never been titled, its new. That's pretty much the rule. Of course you will want to see the odometer, just in case it was a "Demo" bike, which would account for its lowered price tag.
I wouldn't deal with that seller, looks like he resells used anything. I've posted a link below, look at his feedback. That's what you need to be looking for, a reseller with nothing but 100%. Call him up and see what he has in stock or browse his items. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Harley-David...m=301670579146
