Unless you're doing a lot of traveling, I just use the little cable tightener at the front of the right grip when I'm on a long stretch and take the time to relax that hand. I hear factory and aftermarket units are available, but I can't justify the cost.

This if for my wife's bike. She gets cramps in her hand from holding the throttle. She has tried useing the thumb screw but does not feel very comforable useing it.
I'm sure it's expensive but isn't everything for a Harley.
We do ride alot, I'm around 21,000 and the wife has put on 12,000 this year. Most of our riding is long trips so the cruise control would really come in handy.
