Default Softtail cruise control

Does anyone make an electronic cruise control for softtail models.
I just made a trip to Montana. 14 hour ride the first day. I love the ride of my 2008 Anniversary Heritage Softtail, but my throttle hand is going to take a while to recover. Cruise control on a long ride would sure be nice

Search the softail forum.
Your question has been asked and answered many times.

Quick answer though; yes it can be done if you can find someone to build it and have $1200+ to spend.

I had a 10 hour ride a few years ago and my right hand/wrist never bothered me. I guess since I'm already holding the grip, twisting and holding it just seems natural. But I've never used or wanted to use the screw cruise control.

On my Evo Heritage I use Avon grips with a paddle on the throttle. It makes a huge difference.

I put a Breakaway Cruise control on my 07 Deluxe. It's expensive but works great. I had a inexpensive throttle lock on one of my rides many years ago and it worked it worked just as well for the way I use it.

Do you not have a thumb screw on your bike ? I know they are kind of a death trap but that's a form or cruise

This! I set my throttle lock so it just barely holds, but so I can still turn the throttle. This takes the spring pressure off my hand, but still allows me to control the throttle.
