Jan for 1st Rockers
i didnt mind it to much when the dealership said my rocker was not comming in sept. but in oct., yesterday(thurs.13) my dealership informed me that HD will not be sending out the 1st rockers till Jan.. 1 month delay wasnt to bad but a 4 month delay is BS

It's all a marketing ploy... increase the demand and make everyone want one.Let's hope they are good bikes.
I don't know that I would buy a bike I never seen or at least sat on yet...

Buying a new model in the very 1st year... risky! Especially one as radically different as that thing. Good luck though. Let us know how it works out.

Not surprised at this, but these are so different I am sure people will wait. Can't see them getting to the UK until next March at this rate. I hope this means that the dealers will be keen to do a good deal on the others - that way I may get some money off the Custom. I will wait awhile longer to see how the market is for the other 08 models, dealers need to sell bikes and if people are waiting to see the Rocker this may mean some deals on the others.

I spoke with them today 9/14/07 around 11am. This is what the told me: They are buildingRockers right now and will be building them all next month and will start shipping in NOV. This is not Jan!!
