I work for a dealer and they have not even started production yet. It keeps getting pushed back. Customer Service is coached to make it sound all peachy and its not.

Guys where are you getting your info from? JAN? - Is that because your name is at the bottom of the list?
Call Harley Davidson Customer Service. (414) 343 - 4056
I spoke with them today 9/14/07 around 11am. This is what the told me: They are buildingRockers right now and will be building them all next month and will start shipping in NOV. This is not Jan!!
my dealership said that HD sent out a notice(or some type of info) to all dealers that they will not be shipping the rockers till Jan.. They also said that this notice stated that the rocker will go into production in Nov..
My name is the first on the list at my dealership

If they decide to market the Rocker as an '09 model, which I don't think they will, that would mean they dropped the Deuce too early. I'd be pissed if I ordered a Rocker and they kept pushing back the date. Especially if I didn't have another bike to ride. I'm glad I went with a '08 FXSTC. But of course I wouldn't have traded my Deuce for a Rocker anyway.

I wasn't a big fan of the Fatbob when I first saw a picture of it. Now the only thing I don't like is the exhaust on it. Other than that, I think the bike is pretty cool lookin'.

When ya think about it, I guess you can't really complain about January 08 considering they ARE a 2008 model

I don't deal with customer service. We get our info from higher up and we don't sugar coat our customers.

You guys are cracken me up with the BIG FONTS - for a minute I though the next post was going to be on a page by itself. Sucks to wait, I agree, but it was what 10 years ago when any Harley was a wait - remember you could even sell your spot. Hang in there Rocker fans.
