Duel exhaust on Deluxe

Have any of you done duals on the Deluxe? What you you recommend for a good sound.......not too loud but louder than stock? Also wondering about performance of true duals as opposed to the alternative?

I just had Vance and Hines duals installed on my 08 Deluxe....nice over stock...
