I've got one on my fatboy (i'm 5'10") and I cannot rest on it comfortably. My right leg gets caught on the air filter cover. It looks great
but at my height dosn't make much of a foot rest. Sorry to bring bad news.
good to hear this, think i hold off till later on this one. winter close here in ohio anyways . [:@]may get in some ride time tomorrow. I need to move south !!!
I don't reach mine comfortably . Gonna put some pegs off the guard, slanted back .
This is what I have done and am very happy with the outcome and utility. The rubber foot pads that came built-in with my guard are for looks only. My legs aren't bo-legged enough to get around the fuel tank to reach the built-in flat spots on mustache.
Mine was a different part number for the Fatboy (I think), has slightly different look (more like Kuryakyn's).
