I really like the V&H big radius pipes but they are 2 loud for me.

Now I ride with 1.75" Rush slip ons.

There can be a way to make the BR quieter?

You have a few options:

1. Quiet baffles
2. Cut sound down 50% by pulling 1 plug wire
3. Don't start bike
4. Wear ear plugs

 

I don't find them all that loud. Q baffles aren't that much more quite but they are somewhat more quite. If you have been riding with nothing but slip ons on your Harleys, maybe you just need to get accustomed to them. It won't take long. After a few people say, "man that Harley sounds good," you'll start to think "it's not all that loud, maybe I should take out the baffles".
