Default Big City Thunder Baffles

So when I bought my 06 Streetbob it had SE II slip ons on it and the previous owner had pulled the baffles out. I'm toyin with the idea of buyin a set of baffles to put in the slip ons. Any one running these Big City Thunder Baffles? Good? Bad? Worth the money? whats the sound like out of them? Their advertisement sounds good but thats what advertisment is supposed to do...

I had the BCT QQ's in my SideShots and they worked great, more TQ and a lot deeper tone. You get a shirt also.

The originals, not the quiet version, sound killer. Before I installed them I was running open pipes becasue the stock baffles for VH 2/2 big radius sound like ****. The Big City's not only sound deep and throaty they cured my decel popping. Only thing with the originals they charge $80 which is a rip off if you see what you get. You can fab your own by welding a washer to the end of a bolt and installing it in the pipe 6" from the pipe exit.

i put QQ's in my sideshots and it fixed the popping on decel and made them more user freindly, the draw back, loss of top end power (sideshots are basiclly drag pipes).

I ended up going back to the stock V&H baffles.

Had BCT original Monster baffles in my Big Radius on an 08 FXDSE2. Absolutely loved them. Yes they dont look like much for the money, but the work, sound awesome and I never had any decel pop. But I did install them at the same time I put a Thundermax Autotune on it. Regardless, their tone is second to none!

I have the old style SE2's with the BCT baffles..they sound great and i didn't notice any effect on torque..and had a slight increase in high end power. A little louder and a little deeper. Well worth the investment...

I recently installed the BCT QQ baffles in my Big radius 2-2, just for fun I ran several 0-60 runs, (Dakota Digital gauges have this function built into them) and not only did I get a much better sounds and what sure seems like a correction of the flat spot in mid range RPM's, but my 0-60 went from a best of 4.6 before and 4.4 after installing them. I would think this is due to cleaning up the mid range.
So I am VERY pleased with the BCT QQ baffles.
