HD has a couple larger back rests, check website. Also check lepera.com & click on options, then back rests. They have a good selection. Check jpcycles.com for aftermarket goodies.

I mounted old style roadking backrest. It was easy because it uses 3 holes.

Default Stock backrest

The Deuce had two stock sissy bars, a short and tall one. The short one only has 1 screw while the tall one has two screws holding the pad. So check yours, and if you have the short one, you can go to the two screw model, but your lady may still complain. Neither one provides much support.
