Default Custom sissy bars for Deuce?

Hey does anyone have any info or ideas for a taller sissy bar/back rest for a Deuce?
I have the tallest factory issue backrest but my T-Bag doesn't seem to sit very low on it and I'm scared it will fly off on the way to Sturgis!
I bungeed it down on the last journey there and it stayed on but I was stressing the whole time and it seems it could be more secure.
Even if there is a better mounting bracket, I could possibly have something built and retro fit, but I figured some of you might have some leads on custom sellers offering their version. Saw one company at a bike show, but the bar came to a triangle shape, not sure if that will work.

Thanks for your help,

M

P.S. I also run a power commander and a h-d mech friend told me it will eventually burn out my ecm. Is this true Anyone have any probs with theirs?

One of the reasons my son got rid of his Deuce.
He quickly tired of reading that most parts in the catalog fits all,,,, Expect the Duece..

I installed side plates from cyclevisions.com and one of their sissy bars.....works great
I can install any softtail bars from HD or GR customs, etc.

AzDeuce: Awesome thanks. I think that's the company I remember seeing at the Queen Mary Bike show. I'll probably get those side plates and start hunting for the right sissy bar..

I actually have one of those side bags, they are pretty cool! Look great, but you can only put just enough in there for around-town trips. I'll have to post a pic..

The side plates appear to attach between the struts and the fender - so they must space the struts out somewhat from the fender, correct? Without the plates my struts are pretty much in contact with the fenders. Don't understand exactly how these work...

I'm planning on having a twisted metal sissy bar created by a local welder. I'm still having issues deciding what style I want to go with... I'm thinking a 3' buzzard perch might look good on my bike.

Mobscene,
I'm having the same problem with my softail custom. I'm wanting to swap out seats with a Mustang Regal Duke, and go with a taller sissy bar. How's your search coming along ?
