Default Fuel moto 107 or se stage 4???

I have a 2010 fatboy lo and have done a lot of reading(maybe too much). I want to do a big bore. I do a lot of riding two up thru the mnts, just feel I need more. I'm looking for good power that wont break the bank or take away from daily riding or loose reliability. I've been debating on fuel Moto's 107 kit with heads or se stage 4 with 259 cams. Also debating on woods 555 if I went with the stage 4. I am also going to be switching from pcv to tmax auto tune.
If I went with fuel moto would it need a bigger tb or would I need injectors? I'm about 900 miles from fm and I do like the idea of a complete tune but would I need another tune after about 1k of riding? I haven't found a local shop that i feel i can trust to dyno my bike. Thanks for any help!

Default 107

I'm on the same page as you, tossing around the big bore or the 107. Fuelmoto 107 has some impressive numbers but i'm like you as well as far as reliability and having a shop to tune the bike down the road if need be. Good luck and keep us posted on your decision.

I am in the same boat and would like to hear the feedback on the FM107 upgrade.
I recently rode a 2012 CVO Road Glide with the 110 and I was not impressed with the power. Is a FM107 on a softtail xbones going to be considerably quicker than the stock CVO RG?

I'd go for the fuel moto setup. They stand behind their products and there are a ton of satisfied customers here on the forums.

I'm going to give them a call to find out more and go from there
I have read nothing but great things about them but I need to add the price of getting there and back

I agree with the doc. Fuel Moto all the way, if it was my choice to make. I got my 555 cams and pushrod kit thru them and I am very happy with it so far.

Between the two I'd go with the FM kit, the SE heads I think are too big for good street performance. The SE kit is more of a higher rpm performer, the FM kit will start lower and carry through to the limiter

I'm kind of surprised at that. I have a 2009 CVO Ultra Classic and a 2007 Heritage Softail. The difference in the 96 and the 110 is like day and night. I couldn't be happier with the power of my CVO. Sorry, I didn't mean to get off the OP subject.

How long and about how many miles have you done with the cam upgrade, and how's it feel at lower rpm's for cruising and thru to highway and beyond, seems I might be heading that direction
