Not to be an ***, but please always do a seach first-it will make alot of people happy on here and save you some hassle. I have that same system on my bike and use to hate it, but now I just live it it. The only real way to get rid of it is to get a new TSM that does not have the security funtion in it. The dealer can put the system in valet mode so you don't need the fab to start the bike, but if you get the fob anywhere near the bike it will override the valet mode and you will be right back to normal. What I do is just keep my fab with my key, make sure to put a new battery in the fab about once a year and all is good. also i have to remember to take the key out the garage with me if I'm going to mess with the bike at all. You will get use to it.
