08 not disarming with or without

08 not disarming with or without
Here is the situation, key off, fob moved away from bike.
Bike arms, try to move bike without fob chirps then alarm goes off.
While alarm is going off bring fob close alarm disarms.
This is all like it should be so far...
Here is the kicker turn ignition on with fob alarm does not disarm, unable to access manually due to not even the blinkers work. Unable to start, and if you move bike all is fine, will not sound?
Hope someone out there knows something easy, or it's off to the dealers.
