Default Best horn under $90?

Just wanted to get some opinions on what horn to get. I have an '07 Streetglide with a stock horn that needs replaced. I could get a Harley upgraded stock replacement (the louder ones that are on the newer models) for about $45. I was also looking at the Kuryakyn Deluxe WOLO Bad Boy Horn Kit for $89.

Any suggestions? I just want it to be loud and maybe a little intimidating to someone trying to run me over.

i went with newer 14 and up stock when mine finally gave out.nice bit louder.

its confusing with all the opinions and customizing, even thought about just replacing the actual mechanism with a 10$ auto.

good luck on your search, let use know what you find

I have a chrome Wolo Bad Boy I bought at Harbor Freight years ago for less than $50. Pro's- Loud as hell and the most dependable air horn I have had. ( I've had several )
Con's - I bought the chrome one and after a few years, it looks like crap. The round cover fell off a long time ago and the chrome has peeled in places. It's on my 08 and it has 120,000 hard commuting miles on it so the horn is not the worst looking thing on the bike.
Still works every time and as loud as it was day one.

The 2014 horn is louder than the one on my 2002 and my 2011?

If that's the case I may switch when either of them go out. That said the only time I use them is during my preride check.

Harley newbies usually use the left turn signal for a horn

I commute every day and still occasionally use an angry left turn signal.

PIAA 85110 115db 400HZ + 500HZ Sports Horn

They sell on amazon $54. You get a pair, mount on stock mount, opposing each other..super loud...peel off stickers, paint if you want...search you tube for examples...

get two fiamm highway blaster horns - high and low pitch - for about $15 each. you can put one in the stock location and the other under the left side cover if you don't have an alarm siren. It'll make your bike sound like a car. some people mount them on the frame below the gas tank facing forward.

I added 2 fiamms in front of the fuel tank, wired along with the stock horn. All 3 loud as hell. Best bang for the buck.
