Question FLHX Rear Fascia Repair

The rear fascia on my Street Glide has a hairline crack starting on each side. The cracks are only visible if you look very close and in the right place, but I would like to remove it and reinforce it from behind to 1) stop the cracks from spreading any further and 2) to strengthen it in the area where the cracks occurred.

My question is, what is the best product/material do use on the back side of the fascia to accomplish this?

Take a drill bit a shade bigger than the diameter of the crack and drill a hole at the end of the crack, this will stop the crack from spreading and fill with an epoxy. I would put epoxy on the backside along the crack too.

The painted facia is really pretty cheap, you may just want to replace it.

Default JB Weld, either the glue or putty

Like the earlier post said drill a small hole at the end of the crack to stop it from continuing.

Use good epoxy like JB Weld to drop a bead on the backside of the fascia or if you're worried use their putty stuff that where you mix the two sticks of epoxy together. That stuff will mend and support anything.

Like other have said...drill hole and epoxy from the back side. 3M makes a special "bumper epoxy" for cars and trucks with all the plastic junk on them. +1 on the other poster too.....the FLHX facia is pretty cheap like $40?? from Zanotti in plain blue grey plastic??

Great advice guys, especially about drilling a hole to stop the crack. The reason I'm leaning toward fixing this one is that my own modification to it is probably what stressed it causing the hairline cracks, and the same thing may happen to another one with the same mod. (See pic of modification for saddlebag guards). But I am glad to learn they're not that expensive if I do wind up replacing it. For now, you can't see the cracks unless you get right down on it and look real close. Just want to stop them before the bottom half falls off one day.
