On the Dyno-Tuned mufflers, are the baffles completely removable? I'd be looking to have the muffler housings ceramic coated black, and want to know if they can be disassembled for the coating.
Yes, they can be removed. Fuel Moto even sells different baffles if you want a louder ride. I swap mine out now and then for a change or when I want to pizz off my neighbors i use the comp baffles.

Do you go from stock > quiet or stock > competition baffles? Kinda wondering how much difference their is between quiet/stock/competition?
What size are your jackpots? I've been waiting for the 4" to come out with the competition baffles and was just curious if they were out and not listed on the site?
Doc Harley, What Year and model is your bike. Wondering if they are loud on 2010-11 bikes with the CAT in place.
2010 Streetglide
Using FuelMoto 2/1/2 head pipe with 3.5 Jackpot mufflers.
Commonsense tells me if you use the Jackpots with your stock head pipe and CAT it will not be as loud as mine but still louder then stock. You should considered replacing the stock head pipe which will make the bike run cooler and sound better, or remove the CAT.
Not sure about your bike but the 2010 SG comes stock with a single exhaust pipe (2/1) and the 2011 with duel exhaust pipe (2/1/2)
