Eric.

i also just replaced the starter relay and the starter relay fuse in the fuse block and still nothing just clicking and the vibrate noise comes from the fuse i also hooked a jumper wire from starter bolt to the ground of battery to see if its a ground problem and it still nothing. i am clueless

Charge the battery, off the bike. Just because it is new doesn't mean it is fully charged.

yes, with a real battery charger 5 or 10 amps for at least 24~36 hours

You might want to run a smaller amount of amps. It's recommended you don't charge at more than 10% of your amp-hour rating for the battery. Time charged depends on the current state of the battery, unless you use a smartcharger.

If it's not a weak battery with bad cells, then could it be the starter clutch?
