Here recently, when I put on my left turn signal, it will blink one time then stop and the right signal starts blinking. Has this ever happened to anyone one else? I wonder if the turn signal module is messed up? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, Dennis.

If I'm not mistaken, there was/is an alert performed by the turn signal module to make the rider aware of an existing problem and a diagnostic code being present...

 

It's a 2005 Ultra.

 

It could be one of your bulbs is burned out or is corroded or not seated well in the socket. I would confirm that all bulbs are working then take out each bulb, clean up the contacts, add dialectic grease and reinstall.

The module is looking for an exact current draw and if it is not there it can get fussy.
