Question Help with bad throttle response.

The other day I went for a ride on my 2010 Night Rod. It was running fine until I got about 30 miles away from home. Got to a red light. Went to restart, stalled twice. I finally got it to move. The bike had no throttle response just bogged down like it was starved of fuel. The bike idles fine. I am running PC-V, Screaming Eagle A/C (topless) and slip-on with no baffles. Any ideas why this would happen?

Pull the PC-III and see if that helps.
