For motorcycle enthusiasts, vintage Harleys have always been a coveted commodity. However, the rest of the world is just beginning to understand and appreciate these beautiful, and often one of a kind, motorcycles are worth vast sums of money. This upcoming week, Las Vegas will host not one, but two motorcycle auctions where countless vintage and rare motorcycles will cross the auction block.

Both Mecum’s MidAmerica Las Vegas Bike Sale, and Bonhams will host an auction that offer some of the rarest motorcycles in the world up for sale. According to Hagerty Insurance, which just updated its brilliant evaluation tool to include more than 9,200 motorcycles spanning the test of time, “Motorcycles are one of the fastest growing segments in the collectible vehicle market. The recent interest is inspiring enthusiasts to pull their bikes out of long term storage to enjoy again and share with the next generation.”

Hundreds of motorcycles will go up for sale, some of which are worth in the millions. We can’t wait to see what motorcycles sell for in the coming week.
