2016 Harley-Davidson Roadster Build

Picking up a new ride is a certain breed of exciting. It’s not the same excitement that you might experience on a special occasion, or when you’re receiving unexpected good news. It’s also not the type of excitement that comes from something long awaited coming to a close.

It’s also not the same feeling you get when something you thought would be difficult turns out to be easier, and more pleasant, than you had previous expected. No — picking up a new ride is different. It’s an excitement that is generated out of anticipation for what the bike could be the future. The gears start turning in one’s mind, and suddenly the ride is no longer a perfectly acceptable form of transportation, but, instead, a black canvas for something a thousand times better.

HDForums member Evan, who is also known by his username TheHHMF, has started working on making his new hog as perfect as it possibly can be. The ride is a 2016 Harley-Davidson Roadster, and it’s already pretty impressive. But why settle for good when you can have great? Or great when you can have perfect? Evan has been setting to work on his ride, and so far he has installed LED lighting, a D&D Bobcat exhaust, a Screamin’ Eagle rail air cleaner, blacked out the levers, and much more!
