2014 Harley-Davidson Sportster 1200 Build
Builds are really just a great deal of fun to take on. While they can certainly be stressful, and even more certainly be money pits, they also can be pretty neat endeavors that result it something truly unique and admirable.
Once someone has caught the building bug, it’s a bit hard to resist. Whether that means tinkering with one’s one ride, buying another, or fixing up someone else’s machine, it doesn’t really matter. After all, improving these bikes can often be an addiction, though one with wonderful results!
HDForums member Harry, who is also known by his username teenRG, has recently taken on a build, but not on his own bike. His wife recently became the owner of a 2014 Harley-Davidson Sportster 1200, and, with her permission, he is now working to make it into something great!
As of now, Harry has powder coated the wheels gloss black, the calipers red, added a solo style seat with red stitching, added a Memphis Shields windshield, put on an HD Daymaker headlamp, put in some J&M speakers and an iPod cable into the saddlebags, lowered it with the Burley Slammer Kit in the front an rear, and much more!
Check out Harry’s build thread and show your support!
