Trikes and Quads… Yes or No?

I’ll put this out there: I hate trikes. They’re like couches on wheels for the delusional. But even I’ll admit that they do have their advantages: more storage space, greater comfort on long cruises and the increased stability means it’s tougher to spill your beer (that is a joke, you still have to make sure it doesn’t spill in quick turns). But people more astute than I, at Harley for instance, realize that some people do want them and so they build trikes.

Additionally, there are an endless number of builders and fabricators that build trikes and quads, such as Six-Killer Kustoms whose creations we featured in the photo above. But this forum isn’t for me or my prejudices. What do you guys think, are trikes and quads legitimate? Or are they simply for those who can’t ride motorcycles for health reasons?
