Watch the Harley-Davidson Street 750 Race on Ice!
When we think of motorcycle racing, there are several things that pop into our mind. None of those things are even remotely related to ice.
After all, even four-wheeled cages slip and slide when their tires hit the ice, so why would a motorcycle be any different?
Truly, it isn’t. The bike will still slide. Even so, someone decided that it would be a great idea to race Harley-Davidson motorcycles on an ice track for the X-Games in Aspen.
And in truth, it actually turned out to be a great idea. They through several very experienced motorcycle racers onto Harley-Davidson Street 750s and sent them out to race on the icy oval.
Even with studded tires, it was certainly a new and different experience for everyone involved.
