The pullback risers. Pretty simple mod but they really transformed the comfort of the riding position.

Getting rid on the 2.15 88mm front wheel and going 3 with a 120/70... Hands down.

Hoping my best mod will be the long awaited dyno tune at Fuel Moto tomorrow. Just in time to put the bike away til Daytona. Gonna have to squeeze in a few rides at least.

Besides the motor build I would have to go with the fans.

Not falling for the 'synthetic is better for your bike' BS. With a truck that had 188,000 miles on it before I parked it (still running fine, just since I got hurt I can't ride in pickup trucks or cars anymore without being in too much pain), and an '09 FXD that just turned over 60,000 today and *still* getting 47 mpg city/backroads and 51 mpg interstate, and only using 20W-50 dino oil in both since day one, I think I've save a buttload of money over not going for the hype of synthetic oil, which allowed me to get other things I wanted and needed in other areas of my life besides dumb flashy junk for the bike.

What a total newb question. Only people that can answer this (w/o sarcasm) are people that haven't really done any mods.
