I've been looking at the CVO seat so I would love to know how much it cost you and if it's confortable. Thanks!

the seat was 366 and the pillion was 322. I cant speak to comfort because it's -8 here today. The first sit felt like it was a better shape for me. 5-9, 32" inseam. I'm flat footed now with that seat. As for the pillion, I got it so the little man could reach the footboards...which he now can. Seat seems to sit an inch lower. Looks great in my opinion so I'm happy with it. Wont be able to give the long ride comfort factor until april though. sorry.

Thanks for taking the time, and throwing the pak on and posting the pics, I really appreciate it.

I have the CVO back rest on my tour pak, and I was looking at the matching seat you have, im just concerned about the comfort for my wife on the back with that seat.

Looks better then I thought with the pak on.

Thanks again.

I like that seat. I just ordered the 2012 FLHXSE seat, passenger pad, and backrest pad from Kutter day before yesterday. $699.00 for all three. I can't wait to see it on.

BTW, The CVO's with the two part seats have pads on the rear fender under the passenger pad. I wondered if you had those put on as well. Keeps the passenger pad from marking up the rear fender. I ordered them also. I have attached a picture, (not mine) of them.

How about a shot of the girl stripped down. Just the solo seat so I can have something to look at until mine gets here.

Floor boards, shifter linkage, highway pegs, beautiful.

When the nice weather arrives you'll be golden.

Great build.

I bought the 15 CVO seat for my 14 SG and I like those stripes that go under the passenger seat.I always ride solo but I've been very tempted to get those. But I think they are very permanent once you stick them on.

Here are the instructions and a pic of them installed. http://www.harley-davidson.com/app-c...ts/-J05436.PDF

They stick on with 3M tape. Wouldn't be permanent but you couldn't take them on and off obviously.
