Traded the road king for a street glide a couple of months ago. The SG came with an 8” LRS and the HD fork fangs. No buffering, just clean air. I’m not overly fond of the looks of the fangs, but the riding comfort they provide makes them grow on me. It’s about riding comfort for me now, cool went out the window years ago, not that I was ever cool to begin with.

Installed HD brand on my 2015 SG and made a tremendous difference. Keeps wind and noise down. Had to slightly bend them forward, hit engine guards on full turns.

I had this issue with my Ultra Classic. I was getting a lot of up-draft coming up the sides of the tank. I installed a set of Cooling Deflector Wings for Touring, and holy cow do they make an improvement. Aside from a seat swap, they are the best comfort mod I have made to my bike.

I was afraid they would look terrible, but after 6+ months of use, I don't even see 'em any more.

I doubt it; the black kinda fades away, even on my orange bike. But, call DK. They may be able to plate some for you.

My ole Heritage had them so it wasn't anything new to me. Putem on and don't look back.
So, that triple tree air deflector (dog bowl) really works? I saw them on eBay, and wondered if that would make much difference. I wonder if they make those for other models, though? I have a Dyna Super Glide, and would like to get one for mine, but I've only seen them for the big fairing bikes.
