Fork Nut socket?

The next issue coming up, will be compressing the springs to get that plug started again. LOL... I made up this picture to help someone in a pinch.
So you basically take the floor jack and put it under your bench and add the fork, and jack it up slowly until you get close to the plug, putting just enough pressure to compress the spring and using vice grips or channel locks to rotate the plug clock wise until you get it started.

The top fork nut is different than any I have dealt with. It is a recessed fork nut.

Does anyone have the part number of the tool I need for this?

Fork nut size top is 19mm hex bottom 12mm hex I have done them 5 or more times. Harbor has a kit with the 19mm
