Rinehart slimline exhaust install help on 2014 SGS
So i ordered a set of slimline duals for my 2014 street glide special, in the process of attempting to install the header i noticed the pipe was hitting on my tranny cover, now i installed a burst collection tranny cover and it seems theres no way around the pipe hitting the tranny cover, i took the cover off and it seems to fit ok but shouldnt this exhaust work with my tranny cover? im baffled and pissed at the same time, you cant install the tranny cover once the pipes are on and when the tranny cover is on the bike it hits the pipe.... help!!!!!!!!!!!!
When i installed my slimline duals, i noticed how close the pipes are to the tranny cover that mounts to the pipe. Mine is a stock cover and was happy after tightening everything down that nothing was touching.
They give you the right floor board extension but I didn't install it because it clears like the stock pipes. Did you install your floor board extension?

I previously bought extensions that are 3/4 of an inch. I also notice how close the pipe is to cam cover and it's hitting on my tranny cover. I'll call rinehart tomorrow. Thanks for the reply.
