Right on time, almost 2016, LOL! I'll wait a couple of years, maps don't change much, mostly POI's...thanks for posting, curious what others who upgrade will find.

I have been trying for the last hour to create a fingerprint of my system. I am using an empty 64gb USB drive the system sees the drive but when it starts to make a copy it says failed

If it's formatted as NTFS that is the problem. Bigger drives like yours usually are. Format as Fat32.

You can use a utility tool to format it. http://filehippo.com/download_hp_usb...e_format_tool/
This will do it, you have to right click on the file and run as administrator to run it.

Is it really worth $150 for the update? Having a hard time believing its really worth that much money to update.

For a 2 year old map no way. If they would come out with actual up to date maps then they would actually have value. Garmin charges less for lifetime map updates and they are updated 4x a year.

Nope, only to a few chronic complainers. Not a big deal to me if the updated map has a few new streets in new sub-divisions and some updated POI's.

Default Why not?

Why can't a bunch of us split the price and then share the file?
