Question Need Advice - Fuel Pump....AGAIN

The past couple years have definitely been patience testing for sure, have not been able to ride at all due to most of my immediate family dying or getting critically ill.
My 2015 Ultra Limited sits in my small unheated barn with a tender pretty much for the last two years, 5000 miles, can't bring myself to sell it. Once I get a
breath of fresh air I will be able to ride again.

Problem:
Did the usual fluid changes and system checks mid 2024, fuel pump getting power, would not come on. Changed fuel pump with HD new. All was good.
At that time I had emptied all the gas, replaced with non-ethanol, no stabilizer. Also replaced the fuel line O-rings which had started to leak. Battery was
also changed in 2023.

Fast forward to now, (Nov 2025), zero sound coming from fuel pump yet again, zero miles on it, beyond frustrated. Pending tests are the two relays, all fuses
were just tested good, and have not tested 12v at the pump itself yet, plan on doing this week. The other suspect is, my non-ethanol gas is rubbish and the
water content is ridiculous causing pump freeze/break. Drag now has a pump rebuild kit for a fraction of the cost of a new fuel pump too.

Any input appreciated, thanks in advance.

I’m assuming all the lights, gauges and radio are coming to life?

Do you have rodents?

Yes, everything comes to life. Luckily no rodents.
I just got my hands on the electrical diagnostics manual and the service manual.
One of the troubleshooting steps is to check connections to the fuel gauge which is kind of strange.

Been using ethanol gas in all my vehicles for almost 50 years (since it came out) and never had any one of them freeze because of ridiculous water content. Even use it in my boat` (non-ethanol not available) which sits in the water 7-8 months a year and never an issue.

Many years ago, I put some non-ethanol gas into a quart glass jar. I also a quart of ethanol. gas. I out them both on a shelf. This was in Florida. With in a month, the ethanol was visibly starting to separate. The regular gas did not. After 90 days, there was therr distinct levels of separation. The regular fuel had a small level of separation at the top.

That's my experience with ethanol fuels.

Not hearing the pump is not necessarily the same as it not coming on. My ears no longer hear such a subtle sound very well, so I can get tripped up by this sort of thing.

I would suggest you do a pressure/flow test and see if in fact fuel is actually coming out. In fact it everything else is good, I'd suggest just trying to start the bike.

That's an interesting experiment and I'm gonna try that. I always have fresh gas laying around for the sno-blower, generator, etc. Every fall I service my Yamaha F150 outboard motor and part of the service is changing the fuel water separator filter and the motor fuel filter and in the 7 filter changes I've done over the years I've never seen water in either of the 2 filters. The gas I get on the water does have additives so that might help the water situation but the boat is either in the water or stored at the marina all year. That being said I unfortunately live in New Yorkistan and non-ethanol fuel is not available, if it was I'd be using it in most everything I own. Below is a sample of the gas I drained out of the separator filter in October. Thank you...
