Default Squelch problem after software update

I have a minor issue with squelch control after downloading the new software. When trying to adjust the squelch you can only adjust it a little at a time. The squelch icon doesn't stay on but very quickly disappears and you have to push the squelch lever again making it very finicky to adjust. Anybody else having this issue? I

Maybe that's what was going on Saturday. I was having trouble getting it adjusted while riding. I'll have to go out this evening and see if that's what its doing.

I just checked mine & I have the same problem. The bike had been turned off with the CB radio in ON position. I turned the bike on and let the system fully boot up. When I press the PTT button it does not interrupt the radio however the CB icon does turn WHITE. I really don't know if it is transmitting as I don't have another CB to listen to. I do notice that the FM radio reception deteriorates when the PTT button is depressed. When I try adjusting the squelch, the squelch screen appears and I cannot adjust the squelch smoothly. Every touch of the lever up / down usually causes the indicator to increase / decrease several positions. I tried turning the CB off and back on again and then the PTT button interrupts the radio as it should but it seems to make squelch even more jumpy. The squelch screen also only appears for a split second, definitely not normal. I do have the latest update but I have not had the bike out since I installed the update. I do hope that it at least cured the radio 'popping'.

It really seems like Harley does not properly test things at times and rush-more is the approach instead of taking the time to get it right.
