Default Why is Canada my nav's default?

Does everyone's navigation automatically default to Canada? If not, does anyone know how to change it so it defaults to the USA?

Thanks, but I'm not sure that fixes my problem. If I select USA under Where to, everything is fine. My voice activation allows me to input addresses, etc.

If I don't set USA first, my voice activation says "Navigation not ready. Please wait". If I then manually try to enter an address I find the country is preset to Canada. Changes it to USA quickly puts things back to normal.

I'm trying to find out if all Rushmore bikes default to Canada or if it's just mine.

Where did you buy the Bike? If you bought it Canada it will allways defualt there.
In Australia, I bought my bike in the state of Queensland and it defaults to queesnland only,
it will not search addresses in the next state unless i tell it to look in the Australia Map
Its only a couple of key strokes and i dont get to cross the border much so it is not a big deal for me

I did set/save my home address. When I click on "Where to", it still automatically populates All Provinces and Canada instead of State and USA. I can easily switch it to USA, but the system doesn't seem to remember if the bike has been off for a while. It seems odd that it brings up Canada when my home address is saved as my address in Va., USA.

It must be a dealer issue to set up initially, the MOCO had no idear my bike was going to be sold in Queensland and not another state of Australia

I have home programmed and i haven't had time to thoroughly explore all of the options, if any exist.

I think the units were built by a Canadian Company and so maybe all the North American bikes default to Canada?
