DK Customs do a range of metalwork to change the position of the floorboards. I got their kit for my Deluxe which moves the boards out and forwards.

I have to extend the leg outside but turn the ankle inward to brake.
un-ridable like that.

I have 2 options :
- ditch the Hypercharger but may encounter the same problem with other breathers ;
- extend floorboards, brake pedal pad and shifter peg outward.
Anyone got the same problem ?
The stock 114 breather is as narrow as they get. Stay with that if it works for you.

I like stock 114 filter especially that can be cheaply modified to support up to Stage 3 which save money. Other options you can consider are forcewinder this filter goes to the front and looks bad *** and no issue on leg clearance as pipe holding filter element goes to the front so you even allow more leg room. Had this set up on XL before I really liked it and looked killer. Good luck

21" Memphis Shades windshield arrived yesterday. It's not supposed to fit '18 and up, but I made it work by swapping out the horizontal braces for the '17 and earlier parts. Turned out pretty nice if I say so myself. I'm digging the blue half tint.

This is about as far as I can go to fit the bike for comfort/utility and get some old school style in the bargain.

Do you have the part numbers for what I need to buy to make it fit?
Thanks.

I already thought about Heavy breather like configuration but I am not a huge fan of this aesthetic.
Plus, in France it rains quite often so I wanted a ''boxed'' filter to ditch that ugly and unpractical rain sock.

One other option is the Cobra Powrflo, something like a box around a RPT filter.
Put aside the terrible Cobra customer service, it may presents the same problem ...

Pushing the boards forward, even inches, is not an option.
I'm vertically challenged and have a short inseem.

If it leads to a more stretched and wider leg position I may directly switch to the Road King ...

You need to swap the horizontal windshield braces for the braces from the 2000-2017 Heritage Softail Classic windshield (or the king size detachable windshield). The part numbers are: outer brace 58428-94 and inner brace 58431-94.

Thanks, Black Gradient on the way.

Default Eliminator 300

I ordered the V&H Eliminator 300 from revzilla. I had read several reviews on how they didnt go on very easily, which was a problem I ran into(muffler didnt fit on the bottom pipe). I started the return process but decided to make the bastards fit. I rented a muffler service kit from Autozone and used the muffler expander and tailpipe cutter. I trimmed about an inch and a half off the header and then hammered the muffler on with a dead blow and piece of wood. I originally wanted the Grand Nationals but glad I put the effort into making the eliminators fit. I hope I didn't void my warranty. They do sound really good, went on a cool 45 degree ride aound town...very pleased.
