I don't see why you wouldn't be able to as long as you change the wheel bearing to fit the correct axle size... which I believe is 25mm on the 2018 models.

Off topic but, you know things have changed when measurements on a Harley are given in metric...
I think those wheels would look very good on your Slim Stan
Wondering the feasibility of installing this Fatboy style rim on a Slim. I think they would look real nice on the current Slim.
There's a member ( wachuko ) who did a whole write up. Look his post up ( https://www.hdforums.com/forum/softail-models/1074842-my-mods-thread-2016-softail-slim-s.html ). Also has other things he did but his rims were off a Fatbob also. Remembered it because I have a set waiting to go on. I think they look great on em.
