Modified my Memphis shades road warrior to fit with the new bars.
More than happy.

Could probably go a little farther with it to tidy it up a little and add a rubber edge to the cut face. Also to stand it up a little more as it’s currently tilted forwards. I think it looks great and takes 2 seconds to go back to the naked look.

Just waiting on the top clamp piece for the bars and we’re done. For now.

Also got my Saddlemen seat on today. Already very happy with it.

Nice looking tires! I'm a sucker for the white walls!

I would not run a Chinese originated and sold product on my bike in such a critical and important role.
I gladly shell out for the quality air filter media from K&N and FuelMoto because that's such an incredibly critical component.
I have a few chinese parts on my bike, but it's purely because I cant find an American source for the kind of part It is, and they're in non critical roles on the bike.
Besides Drag Specialties has a version of this Airfilter for 57$, and Arlen Ness's bigger upgraded one is 90$.
To me for something so critical as filtering the air that could potentially damage or destroy your engine, I'd rather buy American/Western made(and/or Quality Controlled).

I miss my Fat Bob. Unless I am mistaken, they aren't making it anymore? Looks like they dropped that, and the Slim.

Personally, I think that bike would have been perfect with a bigger tank, and mid controls. And some taller risers. I bought mine in 2018, and it was repo'd in Jan 2020 while I was still in chemo.

Got the Bob in Jan 2021. Crashed it in March, rebuilt in June, ridden until July, parked for over a year. Got it back on the Road Feb 23.

Pre Crash.

Post crash. I-95. 95, 95, 95. 95.

Where do you think most of the stuff you buy is made?! The filter is identical to the one from K&N. If you don't want it don't buy it - ride on.

PS - The OEM filter is made in Taiwan (soon to be China).

Installed a lay down LED tail light from Eagle lights, a lay down plate holder from Amazon and a fender bib and tank bib from Captain Itch

Anyone have any ingenious solutions to temporarily quiet my exhaust for brief periods of time? I recently switched to day shift and will be leaving the house at 5:40 AM, 6 days a week. Not only do I have two kids under 2 that need their beauty sleep, I like our neighbors, many of whom also have small kids. I'd love to take the bike to work, but not at the expense of waking EVERYONE up within a mile radius. My neighbors are cool, they like us and they like the bike, so I'd prefer to keep it that way.

I know Jekill & Hyde makes electronic valved exhausts but I'm not about to drop $3k+ on an exhaust. If I could find a removable baffle that I could pull out/off once I got out of my neighborhood, that would be ideal.
